• Origin or cut note (when relevant)

• Status: live

2. CORE ROTATION
Reliable cultivars that cycle back through production when input quality meets standard.
Used for:

• Menu stability

• Flavor benchmarks

• Repeat customer reference

3. ARCHIVED PRESSES
Past runs preserved for record keeping and provenance.
Includes:

• One-time drops
