All sales are final. Due to the nature of hemp-derived products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

To request a refund:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include photos and a clear description of the issue

• Send all refund requests to: support@losangeleshash.co

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.

We do not issue refunds for:

• Orders refused at delivery

• Missed shipments due to age verification failure

• Packages returned due to incorrect address
